
All refunds, exchanges, repair requests, or warranty claims must be accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents: Paid Tax Invoice, Delivery Slip, or a Sales Order document. Quotations documents will not be accepted as a proof of purchase.
If you receive a product that is found to be defective or faulty due to manufacturing or other issues attributable to Tigerlink Hardware, please notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product at the earliest opportunity, along with descriptions, photos, or videos explaining the fault(s).
Upon receipt of the faulty product and assessment by our team, if it is determined that the issue is indeed from our end and not due to customer misuse or damage, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations concerning product warranties and consumer rights.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, we will be pleased to assist you based on the following conditions:

20% restocking fee will be applied on the product cost. Transaction may be processed as either a refund or store credit. |
